General Experience

I am a professional member of the Society of Indexers.

My specialisms include all aspects of horticulture, having trained under the Historic and Botanic Training Programme with the National Trust, followed by running my own gardening business.  During this time I have achieved the RHS Level 3 diploma.

I previously worked as a Case Progression Officer/Investigative Support Officer with West Yorkshire Police which included training as a HOLMES indexer for major incidents. In the latter part of my career I worked on fraud investigations using specialist software with a strong indexing element to record all aspects of the investigations and produce navigable electronic files.

Indexing subjects welcome include horticulture/botany, law, history, arts and crafts, food & nutrition, music, business management, literature, geography and wellbeing.
