I am a graduate in English and Cultural Studies (BA Hons, first class), and Information Analysis (MSc with distinction). Most of my indexing experience is in literary studies, cultural studies, theology, religious studies and the social sciences. I have worked as an academic researcher specialising in health information literacy, and as an editor and proofreader of management system documentation in the energy industry. I am Minutes Secretary to the Society of Indexers’ Executive Board, a member of the SI Marketing Working Group, and SI representative to the British Standards Institute (BSI).
