 n #indexday. There will be three parts to the session. We’ll be looking 
 at the experience of being an indexer\, with a member who has recently com
 pleted our professional training course chatting with someone with a well-
 established career. Then we’ll be comparing the differences in indexing 
 requirements for academic and trade publishers. We’ll finish with a look
  at what needs to be considered when working with an author\, including th
 e complexity of embedded indexing. The event will be of interest to anyone
  in publishing and those wanting to explore a career in indexing.\n\nPlace
